Really bad abdominal pain after a miscarriage?

I was 9 weeks pregnant when I miscarried, I have had stomach pains for about 4days now and its not getting any better, im always taking paracetamol to get rid of the pain but it never seems to go away.. all it does is lessen the pain, i was just wondering if anyone knew how long this pain would go on for and if it is normal
