Can i still take my daily vitamins while taking Combine oral contraceptives?

im taking a multivitamin every morning then before noon im taking my COC pills then at night before going to bed im taking vitamin E. aren't there any obstruction between those drugs or would it lessen the efficacy of the COC pills?
