Can I use potassium bromide as a means of reducing my libido?

I am 77 years of age and still have sexual urges,but,as I had radiotherapy for prostate cancer several years ago,I cannot ejaculate.Can anyone tell me if potassium bromide is a good way to lessen my get up and go?
