5 weeks pregnant and tylenol doesn't work?

When I was pregnant with my daughter I had the worst headaches. Since all I was allowed to take was tylenol, I'm immune to it this time. I'm now five weeks pregnant with my second child and I'm experiencing headaches and back pain. Please don't tell me that if I'm having back pain I should get checked out. I have a fractured back from 2008 that never healed, plus I'm still having tenderness from the epidural with my daughter. Anybody have any advice on what to do to lessen the back pain and headaches?
