What kind of things could I get to prevent my motorcyle from being stolen(CBR600RR)?

This week I will be buying a 07 CBR600RR, which will be my first bike and I want to do whatever I can to lessen the chance of it being stolen. I live in a decent middle class townhome complex, with three owners of bikes, one being a Hayabusa(chained to a mail box), harley style bike(covered and parked between his car and the pavement curb), and a guy with a streetfighter style bike in his backyard.
