Yes, there is a specific name for this, it's Modern! You can also call it Jazz, though some believe they are different. Your height is perfectly fine for it! Jazz and Modern dancers come in tons of different sizes! I really do suggest an organized class, they are really fun, and way better than anything you can teach yourself!
