Is it sexist for the Eau Claire County Board to pray to "Our Heavenly Father" at the start of their meetings?

Eau Claire County is in Wisconsin for anyone interested. They start their meetings with a prayer to "Our Heavenly Father" instead of just simply God or "Our Heavenly Mother."
