This sounds like a miscarriage to me, you should seek medical help as your dizziness is caused by the heavy bleeding. If you visit the emergency dept a blood test will still show the pregnancy hormone in your body and will determine if your miscarrying. You may need a d&c to clean your womb out and stop the heavy blood loss. Thinking of you xx
