Is a 3.5 gpa good enough for uw Madison or uw eau Claire?

I just finished my freshman year of high school and got a 3.5 for 1st semester and 3.47 for 2nd semester. Is a 3.5 ok for college like a uw school. I participate in a least 2 clubs a year and volunteer a lot. I try my hardest but all my work seem to always end up 3.5. I know I will only be a sophomore but grade are important and I'm worried
