Im nineteen, and have no established credit but severely need a loan of about 400 dollars. How do I do this?

I got into a car accident and need this amount of money to pay off the car damages. My job that I currently have is not paying me well and lessening my hours because i have no reliable transportation. I need a loan but know nothing about credit. Someone help me.
