How many years will it take for me to become a Physician? (Doctor)?
It doesn't matter what you take in high school, but those classes won't help you all that much. Bio, chem, physics, and calculus would help more. You need a bachelors degree and the premed classes to apply to medical school, and most med schools won't accept premed classes taken at community college. Starting there will hold you back in more ways than one. A nursing degree isn't necessary, and you will NOT have time to work, much less as a nurse, while attending medical school. Leave that to someone who wants to be a nurse. You'd need a bachelors (4 years), medical school (4 years) and a minimum of 3 years of residency (training in your specific field) to be a doctor. You get paid during residency, but not much.
