How can i get rid of these acne? (pic included)?

well you have to understand that you are 13 years old you are in the middle of puberty and your hormones are changing and driving you crazy. so what i would suggest to you is to visit a dermatologist, sometimes acne comes from very internal hormones and topical creams won�t work. so visit a dermatologist it�s better if you start now treating your acne before it gets worst. i know acne can be ugly but relax everybody has them. good luck.
