Here looking for answers? I am a african american male 28 years of age.?

Im here looking for solutions or possible answers dealing with the eyes, for the past 10years ive noticed that the whites of my lower eyes have turned into this dull glossy slight yellowish & red looking color. Although i have no problems with my liver the doctor told me that its normal in african americans but i know there has to be some other explanation. I have tried almost every eye drop to lessen the appearance of this look but nothing has worked any answers out there.
